Formed in 2002, Atlantic Bayside, LLC is engaged in the business of buying, selling and renting real estate. We also buy and sell mortgages.

With over 45 years of collective experience in many facets of residential real estate, we offer solutions to a myriad of real estate problems. We buy many houses each month and are always looking for more. We buy some with cash or use existing loans and private money from investors.

We sell some of them and rent the rest. We complete the necessary repairs and pride ourselves in offering appealing houses in stable neighborhoods.

Another sector of our business is buying mortgages. We can analyze your mortgage or other income stream and offer a fast answer. Some people win the lottery, but become impatient with the annual payments. They want the cash now to spend as they wish.
